Heidi R. Stealthy™ is one-click privacy software that lets you hide your PC desktop from the prying eyes of others.

With a single mouse-click, Heidi R. Stealthy™ allows you to instantly conceal your current PC or laptop activities from your friends, family, coworkers, roommates, casual onlookers and passersby.

How many times would that have come in handy this week? This month? Take control of your PC or laptop and stop letting others view what you're doing without having to close, pause, or stop the applications you are using.

This is fun stuff. One mouse-click, and your open, visible application windows can be hidden from your desktop, taskbar, and the ALT+TAB keystroke combination.

Additionally, the CTRL+ALT+DEL keystroke combination and dialog box can be disabled, the shortcuts on your desktop hidden, your Documents History List cleared, a "decoy" application of your choice will be launched (MP3, Word, Excel, etc., whatever you decide!), and even the Heidi R. Stealthy™ icon itself can be made invisible.

When it's safe once again, another single mouse-click returns your PC or laptop to its prior state. You can repeat this cycle as often as needed!

Who is Heidi R. Stealthy™? In essence, "she" is a software application that resides on your system tray, waiting for you to click her icon. When you do, she will instantly hide your open, visible application windows. Click her icon once more, and in a flash she will reveal the application windows she has just hidden.

All this happens in the blink of an eye, and more importantly, your applications are not closed, but merely temporarily hidden from view, and continue to function. Example: Downloads will continue to progress and MP3 files will continue to play even though their application windows are hidden! Try it!

Heidi R. Stealthy™ can do more, too. Simply choose the actions you want her to take in the Options Dialog:

Hide Desktop - The shortcuts and icons visible on your desktop will also be hidden when you hide your visible application windows.

Launch App - An application or file associated with an application will be launched - if one is chosen using the Choose Launch App button - immediately after your visible application windows are hidden. This feature is great for making it appear as if you are working on what you are supposed to be working on, instead of, well, uh, you know.

Make Invisible - Makes the Heidi R. Stealthy™ tray icon itself invisible.

Clear Doc List - The Recently Opened Documents History List will be cleared when you hide your visible application windows.

CTRL+ALT+DEL - Temporarily disable the CTRL+ALT+DEL keystroke combination and dialog box.

Date/Time Activation Tab - Now all the actions and options you select in the Options Dialog can occur automatically at a date and time of your choosing.

Example: At 3:00 PM tomorrow, your unattended PC automatically hides all your open application windows and launches your media player application with your favorite music or video playing. Others are surprised that your unattended PC apparently has a mind of its own.

Exclude Tab - Now you can hide only the application windows you want, and leave the, uh, important applications open and clearly visible. After all, we wouldn't want you to get, er, in any kind of trouble...

Example: One second you're engaged in, uh, extracurricular PC activities, and then suddenly, click, the only application you appear to have open is that report you're supposed to finish today.

Why would you want to hide your application windows? Well, cough, we will leave that up to you. We're sure, though, that Heidi R. Stealthy™ will come in handy in a lot of situations.
